The Role:
As a Regional Sales Manager, the job holder will lead a team and be responsible for the full business development and sales process, expanding and managing a customer base of B2B customers, as well as strategically important D2C client, leading the cycle from lead generation to sales navigation, client management and collection. The key deliverables would include:
Achieving the business targets for the region with respect to revenues, margins, collections.
Develop and maintain the customer and influencer networks as per strategy and annual business plan.
Deliver on assigned special projects and business plan milestones for the region.
Monitor competitor activities and design countermeasures to achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements:
A good primary, secondary and high schooling followed by bachelor’s or above level academic attainment from a leading educational institution.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, particularly that of technical products with 2 years leading a team within the Karachi market.
An extrovert, influential and well networked professional who enjoys selling.
Demonstrated success in a sale role
Strong presentation skills and a general curiousity with street smarts and the ability to think on his feet.
Salary:
200k-250k
