We practice Agile Methodologies, between our international clients and engineering team in Lahore, Pakistan.
About the role:This is a team leader role that should be a backend-focused Full-Stack Engineer who is passionate about web & backend technologies, figuring out complex systems, and software engineering as a whole.
The ideal candidate will:
Work closely with the engineering and product teams to release features on the product roadmap.
Participate in the architecture and design of server-side components of our product.
Responsibilities
Write clear quality code for features and applications and perform test reviews.
Detect and troubleshoot system issues.
Develop, implement, and test Dynamic components and APIs.
Directly coordinate with the project manager for daily standups and weekly demos.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on the backend.
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
Experience in Software Engineering Principles and Software Design Patterns.
Exposure to cloud computing, GCP ideally.
Experience with the below technologies:
TypeScript
React
NodeJS
Experience with real-time APIs using web sockets and RPC.
DevOps
The candidate must have the following:
Led a team of MERN-stack developers full projects.
Should be able to join from 1st May
Good to have:
Zod (or other tools that assist with schema management)
Nx or Bazel for monorepo management.
WebPack or Vite for building.
Experience with setting up & managing a headless CMS would be a bonus.
Knowledge of Python.
