We are seeking multiple experienced and motivated online bidders to join our team. As an online bidder you will be responsible for managing the entire bid process while ensuring high excellence. The applicant must have outstanding communication skills, combined with the ability to understand technical concepts and tender questions and provide clear, concise responses while working to deadlines and targets.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Acquiring business through different channels (Upwork, Guru, Peopleperhour, Craigslist, Bark, etc.) and from direct marketing.
Quality project selection and bidding.
Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with clients, and closure.
Meet the monthly quota of projects/Sales.
Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate bidding solutions.
Creating positive, long-lasting and healthy relationships with potential client(s).
Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting, maintaining short and long-term business development plans.
Maintain a very high rating on all platforms.
Qualifications:
Exceptional experience in bidding online.
Prior experience in digital marketing services.
Knowledge of drafting business proposals.
Good understanding of the online bidding process.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with interacting with clients in the US/ UK / Canada / Australia.
Digital Sales / Online Sales experience is preferred.
